January 2005 - GA Telesis Announces Acquisition of Boeing (Douglas) DC10-30 (46997) from Calyon

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced the acquisition of a Boeing (Douglas) DC10-30 (46997) widebody aircraft from Calyon S.A.  The aircraft engines will be remarketed whole and the airframe shall be inducted into GA Telesis’ disassembly production line and remarketed by their Aircraft Systems Group.

December 2004 - GA Telesis Raises $14,000 for Local Charity

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced that through a concerted effort with its partners, vendors, employees and families, it has raised approximately $14,000 for the His House Children’s Home. Approximately, $7,000 in contributions was raised through partners, vendors, employees and families and that amount was then matched dollar-for dollar by GA Telesis.

His House Children's Home is a non-profit organization established in 1989 for the purpose of providing a safe, temporary home for children who have been abused, neglected or exposed to drugs or whose parents are in crisis.  The goal of the ministry is to restore families and demonstrate the love of God by meeting their spiritual, physical and emotional needs.  His House has two fundamental purposes: to protect children who are placed by the state and to prevent the abuse of those who are voluntarily placed by parents.  The agency is licensed and sponsored by the Florida Department of Children and Families.  Funding is provided mostly from private tax-exempt donations.

August 2004 - GA Telesis Announces Sale of 757-200ERs

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced that in conjunction with one of its affiliate companies, it has sold two Boeing 757-200ERs (24122, 24136) to an undisclosed corporate customer.  The customer has indicated that it may have intention to reconfigure one or both of the aircraft to VIP for corporate and charter use.

August 11, 2004, - GA Telesis Dismantles its First Boeing 767-200 Aircraft and JT9D-7R4 Engines

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced its first dismantling of a non-incident related Boeing 767-200 aircraft. The aircraft marks another step GA Telesis is taking to provide its customers with better access to newer generation parts.  Operated last by, Canadian flag carrier, Air Canada, the aircraft is currently in disassembly at Mojave, CA.  The aircraft and engine parts will be remarketed by their Aircraft Systems Group and Turbine Engine Group respectively.

"In the fist quarter of 2004, we made a strategic decision to increase our capabilities with the industries first ever NI* 757-200 disassembly. Now we have taken the next logical step with a 767-200 disassembly project," said Russell Bonnell, Vice President of GA Telesis - Aircraft Systems Group.  "As no other company, to date has disassembled, both a 757-200 and 767-200, we believe this will prove GA Telesis as the market leader in late generation aircraft disassemblies," he added.

"The decision to enter into the JT9D-7R4D marketplace coincides with the mature stage of the engine life cycle," said Alex Tuttle, Director of GA Telesis' Turbine Engine Group.  “With major operators, such as United Airlines, DHL and Air Canada still operating the engine type, we feel very comfortable with our market positioning”, added Mr. Tuttle.

August 2004 - GA Telesis Announces Receives Hubair Inventory Under Remarketing Agreement

Ft. Lauderdale, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced that it has entered into an agreement with Pramco II to remarket an inventory of over 25,000 rotable components previously owned by Hubair. The Inventory consists of parts for Boeing 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, Airbus A300, A310 and A320. The parts will be remarketed by their Aircraft Systems Group and Turbine Engine Group respectively.

June 17, 2004 - GA Telesis Announces Move to Prospect Park Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Miami, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announces the selection of Ft. Lauderdale (Broward County), Florida as the new location for its headquarters and distribution facility.  The new facility located at Prospect Park 5400 NW 35th Ave. Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, features approximately 70,000 square feet of useable space; tripling current capacity.  The new 3 (acre) stand-alone facility will be equipped with two engine gantry (crane) systems (one integrated and one non-integrated) and two extra large doors to facilitate the steady movement of large commercial jet engines.

The aircraft marks another step GA Telesis is taking to provide its customers with better access to newer generation parts.  Operated last by LTE in Spain, the aircraft is currently in disassembly at APS in Opa Locka, Florida.

Miami, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced the speculative acquisition of two McDonnell Douglas DC10-30 aircraft. The two aircraft mark the tenth DC10-30 transaction by GA Telesis in the past two years.  The aircraft were purchased from Aircraft Finance Trust -Sub I., and last operated by Continental Airlines. The aircraft are currently in storage at AAR Aircraft Services in New Mexico and are available for sale or lease.

February 27, 2004 - GA Telesis Acquires Pratt & Whitney PW4060 Engine from Air France

Miami, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC announced the speculative acquisition of One Pratt & Whitney PW4060 from Air France. The engine in QEC condition was purchased for an unannounced future requirement.   The PW4060 marks the first PW4000 series transaction by GA Telesis, who simultaneously announced its proposal to an undisclosed operator for six (6) additional engines. The engine is presently stored at Lufthansa Technik, Hamburg, Germany pending further disposition.

One 737-300 and Six 737-400 Aircraft

AURORA, CO March 27, 2003 –Republic Financial Corporation has acquired six 737-400 and one 737-300 aircraft for disassembly and parts supply in one of the first-ever large scale programs to support Boeing 737 “classic” aircraft. Republic Financial Corporation has chosen GA Telesis Turbine Technologies to collaborate with it on this program.

November 3, 2002 – Bank of America awards $42 million

                                     consignment to GA Telesis

Miami, FL - GA Telesis Turbine Technologies, LLC along with Magellan Air announced their receipt of a $42 million consignment from Bank of America.  The inventory previously belonged to Aviation Systems International (ASI) and was seized by its senior secured lender Bank of America upon ASI’s filing for bankruptcy protection.  The inventory consists of aircraft, engines, aircraft parts, engine parts, avionics and instrumentation related to Airbus, Boeing and Douglas aircraft.
