Local Charity

announced that through a concerted effort with its partners,
vendors, employees and families, it has raised approximately
$14,000 for the His House Children’s Home. Approximately,
$7,000 in contributions was raised through partners,
vendors, employees and families and that amount was then
matched dollar-for dollar by GA Telesis.
His
House Children's Home is a non-profit organization
established in 1989 for the purpose of providing a safe,
temporary home for children who have been abused, neglected
or exposed to drugs or whose parents are in crisis. The
goal of the ministry is to restore families and demonstrate
the love of God by meeting their spiritual, physical and
emotional needs. His House has two fundamental purposes: to
protect children who are placed by the state and to prevent
the abuse of those who are voluntarily placed by parents.
The agency is licensed and sponsored by the Florida
Department of Children and Families. Funding is provided
mostly from private tax-exempt donations.

First Boeing 767-200 Aircraft and JT9D-7R4 Engines

announced its first dismantling of a non-incident related
Boeing 767-200 aircraft. The aircraft marks another step GA
Telesis is taking to provide its customers with better
access to newer generation parts. Operated last by,
Canadian flag carrier, Air Canada, the aircraft is currently
in disassembly at Mojave, CA. The aircraft and engine parts
will be remarketed by their
Aircraft Systems Group

respectively.
"In the fist quarter of 2004, we made a strategic decision
to increase our capabilities with the industries first ever
NI* 757-200 disassembly. Now we have taken the next logical
step with a 767-200 disassembly project," said Russell

new location for its headquarters and distribution
facility. The new facility located at Prospect Park 5400 NW
35th Ave. Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, features
approximately 70,000 square feet of useable space; tripling
current capacity. The new 3 (acre) stand-alone facility
will be equipped with two engine gantry (crane) systems (one
integrated and one non-integrated) and two extra large doors

acquisition of One Pratt & Whitney PW4060 from Air France.
The engine in QEC condition was purchased for an unannounced
future requirement. The PW4060 marks the first PW4000
series transaction by GA Telesis, who simultaneously
announced its proposal to an undisclosed operator for six
(6) additional engines. The engine is presently stored at
Lufthansa Technik, Hamburg, Germany pending further
disposition.

of America awards $42 million
consignment to GA
Telesis

Magellan Air announced their receipt of a $42 million
consignment from Bank of America. The inventory previously
belonged to Aviation Systems International (ASI) and was
seized by its senior secured lender Bank of America upon
ASI’s filing for bankruptcy protection. The inventory
consists of aircraft, engines, aircraft parts, engine parts,
avionics and instrumentation related to Airbus, Boeing and
Douglas aircraft.
